TCC Car Auctions — Data Deletion Request

TCC Car Auctions is a restricted dealer-only platform operated by TCC Car Auctions LLC and technically managed by TCC PORTAL.

Dealer accounts are created offline following verification and approval and cannot be created directly through the TCC Car Auctions application.

Request deletion of your data

Authorized dealers may request deletion of eligible personal data associated with their TCC Car Auctions account by emailing:

Please include:

• Your TCC Car Auctions username
• Your company or dealership name
• Your registered email address or mobile number
• A clear request to delete your personal data and/or close your dealer account

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

What will be deleted

Following successful verification, eligible personal information associated with your account will be deleted, anonymized, or otherwise removed where appropriate.

Information we may retain

Certain information may need to be retained where reasonably required for:

• Completed auction and vehicle transaction records
• Accounting and tax requirements
• Legal or regulatory obligations
• Fraud prevention and security
• Dispute resolution
• Contract enforcement

Any retained information will only be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
